RCON’s quality policy is defined in this statement. The Managing Director (MD) owns it, and it outlines our commitment to quality management throughout all of our activities. We consider it an honor and privilege to work with our clients, and we pledge to satisfy their expectations and our responsibilities to all parties involved under any mandate given to us.

We have a quality management system that is externally certified to ISO 9001 and, when feasible, is linked with our systems for managing health and safety and the environment.
We have communication mechanisms in place to encourage all workers and their representatives to help us improve our quality performance.
To assist us to enhance our performance, we utilize plans and objectives. We have allocated adequate resources to fully execute this policy.
This policy will be published and made public to our employees, supply chain partners, and other interested parties, and will be reviewed annually.
