With experience of +30 years as civil engineer. Started off as a trainee in a construction company to lead his way up to the top management of that firm in a mere 6 years period and in the year 1997, decided to start off his own company. Initially entered and started off as an earthwork contractor by the name Aditya Construction, was the top most earthwork contractor in the Pune region until 2008, when he decided to enter the industrial construction field. Taking Aditya construction (a proprietorship company) to RCON (a Private Limited.) firm he has built an empire based on goodwill, healthy relations with clients and maximum repeated orders.

Accomplished B. E. (Civil), MIM: He is second generation entrepreneur in the Shinde family and having small but vast experience in construction industry. He is very enthusiastic, dynamic, foresighted, perceptive human with strong determination to succeed. Having gained a brief experience abroad, he is spear-heading the organisation keeping in view the commercials while imparting leadership & ownership values to everyone in the team. Flexibility and amusing personality allows a person to get on a regulating frequency with the young chap – ensuing a bond that is rare in first meets.
